As we sat down to write and reflect on this beautiful Tulum-Inspired Wedding at the Casitas Estate, for the lovely couple of Anelisse & Braden we just had to throw on some moody club mix tracks and pour ourselves a stiff mezcal cocktail to take us back to a wonderful night filled with tropical vibes, delicious food and oh so much dancing!!
On the day of the wedding, the skies were set with gorgeous feathered clouds and the air was warm and heavy, which coincided perfectly with the tropical design. Sprigs Floral Designs provided insane floral installations throughout the property, her centerpieces of lush monstera leaves, bougainvillea, king protea and palm fronds that gave playful structure to the table design. Our collection of tables were sourced by the lovely curated Avenue Twelve rentals, while the accent amber goblets were sourced from All About Events.
There were so many personal touches at this wedding, but two that outshined all the rest were the customized coconuts and neon sign, Life is Good! The coconuts were fresh and opened by the groom and groomsmen the day of the wedding, which would prove to be a huge hit during cocktail hour to replenish the guests’ thirst after the heat of the ceremony. As for neon, we’re always here for any excuse to use neon…especially when it is magenta!
