Love-swept Casitas Estate Wedding

Natalie and Mark’s love-swept Casitas Estate wedding came together after attending a July 4th party in San Diego, where Natalie was attending school. It took a few more visits from Mark before the two undoubtedly made a lasting love connection, and lead to their first date. Soon after, their romance was nurtured long-distance; Natalie in San Diego and Mark in San Francisco. Mark knew he had found someone special and planned to spend the rest of his life with Natalie.

When it came time to plan the wedding, Natalie and Mark could not think of any other place– San Luis Obispo County. This location split the difference between their two cities where they attended college and is where Natalie grew up. Choosing their venue, The Casitas Estate, was an easy decision for Natalie and Mark. As Natalie recalls, “We fell in love with the grounds, the size of the venue and the hospitality from Janet, Pat and Tony. The venue fit our personality and truly represented us as a couple.”

Creating your vendor team is very important, for Natalie and Mark living out of town it was imperative to secure vendors that were local to San Luis Obispo County. Securing photographer Mike Larson, was essential for Natalie. She had admired Mike’s work for over 8 years, “I fell in love with his style, the details he captures and his timeless photos.”
